At Verdex, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding service experience.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or a contact centre environment, who thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and creating positive outcomes for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling 40+ inbound customer calls and emails daily, providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused support.

Entering and managing customer orders accurately using MYOB Exo.

Communicating with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries promptly and effectively.

Ensuring every interaction reflects a customer-first mindset, leaving a positive impression.

Performing general customer service and administrative duties as required.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills – clear, articulate English and an engaging phone manner.

Proven experience in customer service or contact centre roles (2–3 years preferred).

Confidence in handling customer enquiries, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and use initiative.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A genuine passion for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
