About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive enrolments in our Certificate III, IV, and Diploma programs.

You’ll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, converting leads into enrolments, and identifying new business opportunities with employers and organisations across Australia.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with organisations in the education and training industry

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Conducting market research to understand industry trends and client needs

Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and tenders

Collaborating with the training and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation

Contributing to the development of our sales and marketing strategies

Providing excellent customer service and supporting client satisfaction

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales, business development, or enrolment roles (RTO or higher education preferred).

Confidence speaking with potential students and clients, understanding their goals, and offering the right qualification pathway.

Strong attention to detail and CRM discipline (ZohoCRM experience preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A self-motivated, target-driven attitude with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a supportive team.

Understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector is highly desirable.
