About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Assessment Resource Developer to create and refine instructional materials that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will be critical in ensuring students receive top-tier education through well-structured, engaging, and compliant training and assessment resources.

This role is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension at the end of the initial term.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality learning and assessment materials for vocational education and training (VET) programs.

Ensure resources align with training packages, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to enhance content quality.

Research and apply best practices in adult learning methodologies and assessment strategies.

Revise and update existing materials to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

Support trainers with guidance on resource implementation and assessment strategies.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

A qualification in Training and Assessment (Certificate IV in TAE or equivalent).

Experience in developing instructional materials within the VET sector.

Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements in vocational education.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for educational excellence.
