Your exciting new role!

• Conduct functional assessments to understand the causes of challenging behaviour
• Develop, implement and review Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and support teams
• Deliver hands-on coaching and training to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation
• Analyse outcomes and data to continuously improve support strategies
• Work to Core or Proficient Practitioner standards and uphold all NDIS and quality frameworks

What you’ll bring

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Counselling, Developmental Education, or Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Eligibility or registration as a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient)
• Experience supporting people with disability and complex needs using evidence-based approaches
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills – you love building trust and helping others succeed
• Excellent time management, problem-solving and digital literacy skills
