Join us as Head Waiter, ideal for an ambitious section waiter or a seasoned professional ready to excel with the best.

• Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service.
• Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story.
• Manage your own section, guiding guests through the Yugen experience.

About the Ideal Candidate:
Yugen team members are genuinely hospitable, versatile in restaurant skills, industry-aware, and driven by goals. You’ll need:

• Experienced in a similar front-of-house role within high-end or fine dining.
• Professional in appearance with a natural flair for multitasking.
• A clear communicator with strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
• Holds a current Victorian RSA.
