As we continue to grow our portfolio across Melbourne, we’re seeking an organised and creative Property Setup & Styling Manager to lead the end-to-end process of launching new properties — from concept to live listing.

🛋️ About the Role

You’ll be responsible for bringing each new property to life — coordinating everything from furniture selection and supplier management to digital setup on our property management systems. This is a hands-on role that combines project management, styling, and operational execution.

You’ll:

Oversee the entire setup process for new short-term rental properties, from approval to launch.

Create styling concepts and furnishing plans aligned with brand standards, target markets, and budgets.

Source, purchase, and coordinate delivery/installation of furniture, décor, and household essentials.

Manage suppliers, movers, and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective setup.

Digitally onboard each property into our management systems — including listing setup, imagery, and platform configuration (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

Work closely with our Operations, Marketing, and Owner Relations teams to ensure a seamless handover.

Maintain setup documentation, budgets, and timelines for all projects.

Continuously refine the setup process to improve efficiency, quality, and guest experience.

You’re a rare blend of creativity and coordination — equally comfortable choosing cushions as you are tracking budgets and managing deliveries. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy seeing tangible results from your work.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in property styling, interior design, or project coordination (short-term rental, hospitality, or real estate preferred).

Strong organisational and supplier-management skills.

Great eye for design and detail — understanding what makes a space feel welcoming and guest-ready.

Confident use of digital tools — property management systems, spreadsheets, and online ordering platforms.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude — you get things done, even when the unexpected happens.

Current driver’s licence (and willingness to visit sites as needed).
