We are a mid-market M&A advisory firm who are looking to hire an Analyst to support the execution of our current mandates and grow our pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the preparation and execution of deals

Preparing proposals and marketing pitches

Analysing performance and valuations of companies

Preparing data rooms, information memorandums and financial models

Managing due diligence programs, information requests and Q&A processes

Providing financial analysis for clients and investors

Providing strategic advice to clients

Identifying new clients and opportunities

Your experience should include:

12-24 months of post university experience in professional services. We prefer to hire individuals who haven't had previous experience in M&A and might come from roles that include actuarial, audit, data analysis, engineering, tax, valuations etc.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Excellent communication skills
