The Role
This role offers a unique blend of veterinary expertise and commercial engagement, supporting both internal teams and external partners across the veterinary and pet nutrition sector. Working as part of a collaborative technical services function, you’ll be the go-to expert translating science into practical, relatable insights that educate and inspire. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver engaging training and education to internal teams, veterinary partners, and customers.
- Support commercial initiatives by communicating product benefits through data-driven and evidence-based insights.
- Contribute to the development of technical resources, white papers, and case studies.
- Represent the business at conferences and events, both nationally and occasionally interstate.
- Partner with marketing and sales to ensure consistent, credible communication of product science.
- Stay current with veterinary nutrition trends, clinical research, and animal health developments to inform strategy and advice.
Your Background
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
- Veterinary degree with current registration to practice in Australia.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate.
- An evidence-based mindset with interest in animal health, wellbeing and nutrition.
- Collaborative approach, comfortable working cross-functionally in a commercial environment.
- Experience in technical services or product training roles (highly regarded but not essential).
