This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on the rehabilitation of the former Rum Jungle Mine, located near Batchelor in the Northern Territory.

Nestled alongside the pristine Litchfield National Park, rehabilitation of the former Rum Jungle Mine will showcase leading practice techniques and an evidence based approach.

We are seeking a dynamic executive leader to provide strategic guidance and oversight in risk management, compliance, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for the RJRP project. This pivotal role will drive project success by ensuring robust risk mitigation and fostering a culture of safety excellence throughout all operations.

The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in providing executive-level strategic advice and leadership in health, safety, and environmental matters, including spearheading the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive HSE strategies.

We are looking for an experienced leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mining or construction industries, with a demonstrated track record in risk management and delivering high-quality outcomes.
