The Opportunity
This is your chance to play a key role in delivering premium multi-residential projects from day one with a well-established builder/developer.
You’ll step into an intermediate CA role on a 12-storey, mixed-use apartment/retail development that’s just getting underway – offering you full lifecycle exposure and major project experience to accelerate your career. Perfect chance to join a major high value build while working closely with a Senior CA.

A well-established builder/developer with a standout reputation on the Gold Coast delivering multi-residential builds, high-end custom homes, retail precincts, and hospitality spaces from $3m - $200m.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contracts administration across procurement, packages & trade letting
• Managing variations, progress claims, cost reporting & financial controls
• Document management and Procore administration
• Assisting the Senior CA and working closely with the Project team
• Supporting design and construction phases from kick-off through delivery

What You Bring

• CA experience on multi-storey builds $60m+
• Multi-residential project exposure
• Proficiency in Procore ideal
