About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to join a leading real estate investment team on a temporary basis. This hands-on role offers exposure to major property transactions, investment analysis, and portfolio performance in a sophisticated, high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions, developments, or investments.
• Analyse cash flows, returns, and performance metrics for assets or portfolios.
• Prepare investment summaries, reports, and presentations for senior analysts or management.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
• Maintain and update investment databases and financial records.

About You:

• Up to 2 years’ experience in real estate investment, banking, corporate finance, or funds management required.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
