Key Responsibilities

Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth boutique performance.

Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.

Oversee client appointments, fittings, and after-sales services to ensure a premium experience.

Manage and update customer records using our CRM system; ensure data accuracy and follow-up communications.

Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the boutique reflects brand standards.

Handle client queries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Contribute to team training, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Support marketing and event activities, including trunk shows and promotional events.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role (bridal, fashion, or luxury retail preferred).

Minimum of 2 years retail management or supervisory experience required.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using digital tools to manage client relationships.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for bridal fashion and creating memorable client experiences.

Brings valuable experience and educational knowledge to the team to inspire growth and drive sales.

Must have Australian work rights.
