About the Role

We’re looking for a qualified Carpenter to join our team at BOL Industries in Randwick. The role covers commercial carpentry, steel frames, trusses, and façade works including new cladding installs and recladding projects. You’ll be working across a range of commercial jobs around Sydney with a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

Commercial carpentry, framing, trusses, and façade installation

New cladding and recladding works

Reading and working off drawings and plans

Coordinating with other trades and site teams

Maintaining a safe, tidy, and professional work site

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Carpenter with 3+ years’ experience

Experience in façade, framing, or cladding systems

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliable, motivated, and works well in a team

Current driver’s licence and own transport
