Do you have a passion for retail and a talent for leading a team? Marmion St Fresh & Gourmet is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to help drive success in our busy retail environment.

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll support daily store operations, motivate your team, and ensure every customer enjoys a great shopping experience.

Shifts are Monday to Friday 1pm to 7pm. Guaranteed 30 hours per week with the possibility to pick up extra shifts when needed. Penalty rates apply after 6pm weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members during shifts.

Maintain high standards of customer service, merchandising, and store presentation.

Handle customer queries and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.

Manage cash handling and ensure accurate end-of-day procedures.

Assist with stock control and replenishment.

Ensure company policies and health & safety standards are met.

About You:

Previous retail supervisory experience preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Positive attitude with a hands-on, customer-first approach.

Reliable, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
