APAC FM have been engaged to source an experienced HVAC Project Manager to make an impact within a well established and fast growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects for both commercial and industrial clients. The main day to day will involve managing multiple HVAC upgrades, installs and fitouts, within a timely manner and within budget, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.

What's the day to day involve?

Develop and maintain strong relationships with impressive clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and inhouse support team.

Manage a diverse portfolio of HVAC projects, adhering to budgets, resources and timeline to consistently deliver high quality outcomes.

Ensure projects are delivered within budget, forecast future pipeline opportunities, and maintaining accountability for the P&L.

Lead from the front, support the junior project managers, help enhance their skills and performance to achieve consistent results.

Identify and minimise risks, using initiative and proven strategies to maintain project stability and client satisfaction.

Maintain full adherence to all applicable safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout every phase of the project.

What do you need to be successful?

Have a strong mechanical understanding, ideally from a mechanical background.

Ability to think on your feet, bring drive and initiative to work with you every day, a real go-getter.

Proven success delivering projects across the HVAC sector, holding 5+ years of experience.

Outstanding stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Trade qualifications and project management certifications are highly desirable.

Ability to work collaboratively, providing support and guidance to the team.
