We’re looking for a Qualified Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our experienced, friendly team. If you’re motivated, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning systems across SEQ. You’ll work with a supportive team and enjoy a steady schedule — Monday to Friday, with optional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on A/C systems

Diagnose faults and complete repairs across all major brands

Accurately document all work performed

Provide outstanding customer service and clear technical advice

Work safely and in compliance with industry standards

Liaise with the office team for parts and job coordination

What We’re Looking For

Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Australian-recognised)

Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence

QLD Open Driver’s Licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

Current First Aid & CPR/LVR certification

Strong fault-finding skills and excellent communication

A positive attitude, great work ethic, and commitment to safety
