This role offers the chance to deliver property and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes. You will be part of a supportive team environment that values collaboration, professional growth, and continuous learning. The organisation is committed to fostering an inclusive culture where your contributions are recognised and your career can flourish through ongoing training and leadership development.

  • Deliver end-to-end project management services for property and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organisational standards of excellence.
  • Work within a collaborative team that prioritises mentoring, professional development, and knowledge sharing to support your growth as a leader.
  • Enjoy flexible working opportunities and access to industry events that promote networking, learning, and long-term career progression.

What you'll do:

As a Project Manager based in Brisbane, you will play an integral role in driving successful outcomes for property or infrastructure projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing every aspect of project delivery-from initial planning through execution-while maintaining close alignment with client goals. You will foster open communication among diverse stakeholder groups including clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues. By proactively managing scope changes and financial performance, you will help ensure projects remain on track both operationally and commercially. Your ability to nurture team collaboration will be key as you begin mentoring junior staff members. Additionally, you will contribute strategic insights during consultancy engagements and actively participate in industry events to expand your professional network. Success in this role requires not only technical competence but also a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and upholding the highest standards of quality throughout each phase of the project lifecycle.

  • Lead the full lifecycle delivery of client projects, ensuring all outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.
  • Identify scope variations early and manage changes efficiently to avoid delays or cost overruns while maintaining transparency with all stakeholders.
  • Support positive team dynamics by contributing to a nurturing environment and beginning to mentor junior staff members as part of your leadership journey.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to add value at every stage of the project lifecycle by enhancing design outcomes, improving delivery efficiency, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to long-term success.
  • Represent the organisation as a trusted advisor by delivering high-quality consultancy services that reflect deep sector knowledge and strategic insight.
  • Manage project financials with discipline by tracking time utilisation, monitoring budgets closely, and ensuring timely debt recovery for sustained profitability.
  • Ensure all project activities align with internal governance frameworks and business management systems while maintaining a commitment to quality across all deliverables.
  • Actively participate in industry events and forums to stay informed about best practices, build professional networks, and represent the brand's expertise in the market.

What you bring:

To excel as a Project Manager in this organisation's Brisbane office, you will bring proven experience managing complex property or infrastructure projects from start to finish. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build lasting relationships with clients while collaborating effectively with consultants and contractors. A keen sense of empathy allows you to understand client needs deeply so you can deliver bespoke solutions that exceed expectations. Your commitment to continuous learning ensures you stay abreast of industry trends while growing your technical capabilities. You thrive in environments where teamwork is valued-supporting colleagues' development through mentoring-and where open communication leads to better outcomes for everyone involved. Financial acumen is essential: you are comfortable tracking budgets meticulously while ensuring efficient resource allocation throughout each phase of delivery. Above all else, your dedication to upholding organisational values sets you apart as someone who contributes positively not just within individual projects but also across broader business objectives.

  • Demonstrate alignment with core values such as trustworthiness, integrity, balance in decision-making processes, enjoyment in work interactions, and reputation-building behaviours.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of client needs by delivering tailored solutions that foster trust and long-term partnerships through outcome-driven approaches.
  • Apply professional expertise to solve complex problems while providing strategic advice that consistently reflects brand integrity and professionalism.
  • Begin demonstrating leadership qualities through initiative-taking actions, accountability for results, support for team development efforts, and active contribution to a learning culture.
  • Maintain technical competence by engaging in continuous learning opportunities such as training sessions or industry best practice forums relevant to project management.
  • Utilise sound financial judgement when managing budgets; allocate resources efficiently; monitor utilisation rates; ensure timely debt recovery; all while maintaining transparency throughout financial processes.
  • Foster open communication channels across stakeholder groups by promoting mutual respect; encourage collaboration; support successful project outcomes through shared goals.
  • Participate actively in mentoring programmes or initiatives designed for professional growth; demonstrate commitment towards personal development as well as cultural contribution within the team environment.
