About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced optical retailer to step into a Store Manager position in North Adelaide. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, lead a passionate team and continue to deliver the exceptional customer experience the brand is known for.

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor a dedicated team to achieve store goals and KPIs

Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer

Oversee visual presentation, stock levels and daily operations

Manage rosters and ensure compliance with company standards

Support product knowledge and optical service training across the team

What You Will Bring

Experience in optical retail or a related environment is ideal

Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team

Strong customer focus and commitment to premium service

Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results

Excellent communication and organisational skills
