About the role
The Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Team Leader provides professional and operational management, clinical supervision, and strategic leadership for Occupational Therapists, Recreation Officers, and Clinical Assistants within inpatient services at Redcliffe Hospital. This role delivers advanced occupational therapy services, contributes to service development, education, and research, and supports excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver advanced level occupational therapy clinical services across a broad range of inpatient areas.
• Apply evidence-based professional judgement to complex clinical cases and service challenges.
• Facilitate integration of services across specialties to ensure effective and coordinated occupational therapy delivery.
• Provide high-level advice and advocacy to internal and external stakeholders.
