About the Role

You’ll work across our inpatient rehabilitation unit, day programs, outpatient services, and community care, with a mixed caseload primarily focused on general medical patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans in collaboration with patients, clinicians, and the multidisciplinary team

Deliver targeted, occupation-centred interventions to support recovery and independence

Manage a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Work closely with a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team
