A major bank is looking for Power Platform Specialist (Chat GPT Engineer) to lead the rollout and integration of ChatGPT and AI copilots across the organisation.
You’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular focus on Power Automate and Power Apps.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about using AI to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and empower teams through smart automation.
Key Responsibilities

• Support System Administration and monitor copilot ecosystem
• Design and implement ChatGPT-powered solutions for internal and customer-facing use cases.
• Build and manage Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents that leverage AI.
• Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance best practices when deploying AI systems.
• Train and support teams on using AI tools and chat-based automation effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Experience developing AI agents
• Ability to code and script within Power Automate and related environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot
