for two exciting roles at a leading poultry processing facility in Thomastown.
�� Role 1: Food Safety & Quality Assessor
Day Shift | Casual
Join a high-performing technical team and take ownership of food safety and compliance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily checks on HACCP, GMP, Animal Welfare & Biosecurity
• Perform environmental monitoring (swabbing, ATP, micro sampling)
• Identify and report non-conformances
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audits
• Investigate complaints and promote a strong food safety culture

�� Role 2: Quality Control & Food Processing
Flexible Start Times | Casual
This hybrid role offers variety and hands-on experience across both quality control and food processing. Perfect for someone adaptable and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with quality checks and documentation
• Support food safety compliance across production
• Participate in processing tasks including packing and trimming
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Flexibility to work across departments as needed

�� What You’ll Bring (for both roles):

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in food safety, QA, or food processing
• Background in poultry, meat, or live bird environments
• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems
• High attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cold environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full Australian working rights
