Assembler / Welder – Casual Position (Rowville)

Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of ladders, proudly delivering high-quality, Australian-made products. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Assembler/Welder to join their production team at their Rowville facility.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for welding small components to precise specifications, assembling high-quality products using a range of hand and power tools, and contributing to various stages of the production process. You will be involved across welding and assembly functions, helping to maintain efficient workflow and uphold the company’s strong reputation for quality and safety.

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Casual ongoing with the potential to transition to full-time

Pay Rate

$32.32 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG/TIG welding on small components

Assemble products using hand and power tools

Conduct quality inspections to ensure precision and compliance

Support general production and assembly tasks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
