About Us:
Iron Tow Trailers is a growing trailer manufacturer and reseller base in Ballarat, supplying heavy-duty Box Trailer, Flat Tip trailers, tippers, and custom builds to customers across Victoria. We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our workshop team assembling and preparing trailers.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on, practical person who can help assemble trailers and assist with general workshop duties. You will work closely with our team to ensure trailers are built and prepared to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fit trailer components (suspension, brakes, wiring, wheels & tyres, cages, ramps, toolboxes, etc.).

Assist with general workshop tasks, including cleaning, organising, and preparing stock.

Operate forklift for unloading/loading trailers and parts (if licensed).

Help with trailer inspections, adjustments, and quality checks.

Follow work schedules and complete tasks efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

Mechanical aptitude and practical hands-on skills (previous trailer or automotive experience an advantage).

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.

Good time management and ability to work efficiently.

Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Welding or fabrication experience (bonus but not required).

Physically fit and safety-conscious.
