About the Role

We’re looking for a capable and motivated Construction Manager / 2IC to work closely with the Director in overseeing multiple sites, managing teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on accountability, organisation, building high-performing teams and is process driven.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects

Support and lead site teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines

Ensure quality control, WHS compliance and client satisfaction

Coordinate schedules, materials, and budgets

Work directly with the Director to drive project outcomes and company standards

Mentor leading hands and carpenters in PHK’s way of working

What You’ll Bring

Trade qualification (Carpentry or related field)

Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory or site management role

Proven ability to coordinate multiple jobs and lead site teams

Excellent planning, communication and people skills

White Card, driver’s licence and own reliable transport
