About the role

We are seeking a Casual Chef to join our team at Kitchen Garden At Rodney's in Pialligo, ACT. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As Casual Chef, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality meals and an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our seasonal menu

Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service

Adhering to stock control and inventory management processes

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or equivalent experience

Expertise in a range of cooking techniques and cuisine styles

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene

Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry

Availability 4-5 days per week, day time only shifts
