We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing trades business that is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their high-performing team.

In this key role, you'll be the link between clients, field technicians, and office staff - ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, communication is seamless, and nothing gets missed. It's a fast-paced role that requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule daily service jobs for a busy field team
  
• Manage job dispatch, technician support, and workflow prioritisation
  
• Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and provide regular updates
  
• Use SimPRO (or similar job management software) for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  
• Help the team meet KPIs and deadlines through effective coordination
  
• Assist with admin tasks including procurement, invoicing, and general office support
  

About You:

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or similar admin role within a trades or service-based business
  
• Confident using SimPRO or similar job management software
  
• Strong multitasker with excellent time management and communication skills
  
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly organised
  
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
