Step into a dynamic operational role supporting the growth and success of franchise offices throughout Victoria, Tasmania, and southern New South Wales. Spire Recruitment is seeking a proactive Franchise Operations Associate to champion onboarding, compliance, and operational excellence across a network of market-leading real estate offices. If you thrive on building relationships, elevating standards, and acting as the bridge between technology, training, and field teams—this hands-on position could be your next move.
What you'll do:
- Lead the operational onboarding of new franchise offices, delivering seamless transitions and ensuring full adoption of best-practice systems and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with principals, office managers, and administration teams as the go-to support for operational matters.
- Manage quarterly office visits, deliver on-site training, and facilitate ongoing process improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on CRM systems and operational tech, delivering training, resources, and user support.
- Maintain detailed records, analyse operational health, and prepare summary reports and recommendations.
- Play a key role in state-based training events and feedback loops with leadership and corporate teams.
Who we’re looking for:
- Sound knowledge of operational and administrative processes in franchise or multi-site environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce); confident adopting and training new tech tools.
- Demonstrated experience in providing training, operational support, and stakeholder management across multiple offices.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills—with the drive to uplift operational standards.
- Detail-focused, highly organised, and committed to driving continuous improvement.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly across VIC, TAS, and southern NSW.
