Marvel Slabs specialise in high volume residential house slabs for major builders across Melbourne and all surrounding suburbs. Due to recent growth we are seeking experienced boom concrete pump operators

About the role

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Proven ability operating and maintaining concrete boom pumps

Excellent troubleshooting ability to achieve positive results in a fast paced environment

Proven understanding of OH&S requirements, relevant competency certificates highly regarded

Current construction white card and boom pump ticket

Excellent communication skills, and ability to work with others to achieve daily targets

Strong focus on customer service and ability to communicate with key stakeholders on a daily basis

Must be proactive, energetic with a positive can do attitude

Skills and experience

Minimum 3 years experience operating boom pumps

Minimum 1 year experience operating line pumps

HR licence (boom pump)

MR licence (line pump)

Concrete placing boom licence essential for boom pump

Traffic management competency highly regarded
