Role Details:

In this dynamic role, you'll help shape and strengthen how volunteers support children, families, and communities across South Australia. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Volunteer Coordinators, you'll contribute to innovative strategies, community partnerships, and projects that make a real difference. In this role, you will
Support Volunteer Coordinators across the region with advice and practical guidance.
Develop and implement volunteer management and engagement strategies.
Review and improve volunteer policies, systems, and procedures.
Contribute to marketing initiatives to attract and celebrate volunteers.
