The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead daily site operations on residential, community, health, or light commercial builds across northern NSW. This role is based out of our Tamworth office.

You’ll work closely with a Project Manager to deliver jobs safely, on time, and to a high standard — with real authority to run your site your way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, plant, and materials

Drive quality, safety and site culture from the ground up

Keep day-to-day records, run site meetings, track progress

Resolve on-site issues fast with support from your PM and office team

Deliver jobs up to $3–4M (residential, public, heritage and more)

What You’ll Bring

Experience running builds as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager

Trade background or relevant construction qualifications

Strong organisational and leadership skills

White Card, driver’s licence, and the ability to travel locally

Comfortable with site paperwork (i.e. SWMS, QA, programs, inductions)
