We are seeking skilled Form workers who have experience in tilt panel construction to join our growing team. You'll work on exciting tilt panel projects, contributing your expertise to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality tilt panels. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Marking out and aluminium/timber boxing of tilt panels

• Have a background in carpenty,formwork

• Ability to study blueprints, drawings, specifications to determine materials required and dimensions of structures or fixes.

• Knowledge to operate cutting machinery to form structures and fixtures using hand and power tools.

• Experience in general formwork works such as constructing, erecting, installing, renovating and repairing structures and fixtures made of aluminium and other materials.

• Cutting, shaping and fitting aluminium/timber parts to form structures and fittings.

• Laying out floorings, roofing or drywalls to ensure they are levelled and compatible.

• Building window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.

• Building scaffolding and other construction structures.

• Liaising with internal office staff, project managers & external clients.

• Adhering to legislative and regulatory requirements such as OHS legislation and risk management, assessing hazardous components of each project as required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in tilt panel construction, specialising in aluminium/timber form work.

• Candidates with any level of experience in tilt panel construction will be considered, with no minimum experience requirement.

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

• Valid driver's license and own transport preferred.

• Relevant certifications (Trade qualified preferred) are a plus.

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
