Senior Associate / Special Counsel - Property Lawyer - Melbourne

This well-established Melbourne firm is known for its loyal client base, high quality work, and genuinely collaborative culture. They're looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel (7+ years PAE) to join their high-performing Property team.

The work includes:

• Major acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial and industrial sites
• Off-the-plan residential and mixed-use projects
• Commercial and retail leasing
• Joint ventures and development structuring
• GST and stamp duty advice

You'll work closely with respected Partners (Accredited Specialists no less), run your own matters, and build strong client relationships.

Whether you're a Senior Associate ready to build your own practice, or a Special Counsel seeking to take ownership of complex, high-value matters - this role delivers.

You'll bring:

• 7+ years' PAE in property law
• Solid transactional and development experience
• Confidence with clients and mentoring juniors
• A grounded, team-first mindset
