As the work continues to flow in, the firm is now looking to appoint a Property & Leasing Lawyer (min 3+ years PAE) who is ready to take ownership of interesting, hands-on matters - with the support of an experienced and collegiate team, alongside an Accredited Property Law Specialist.

The role

This is a diverse and well-rounded property/leasing role, with the chance to build your skill set across:

• Commercial and retail leasing (Landlord and Tenant)
• Complex leasing arrangements, including Agreements for Lease
• General property matters - adverse possession, easements, covenants, subdivisions, property disputes, duties & tax advice
• Some oversight over residential and commercial conveyancing - working with a conveyancing clerk for day-to-day files
• Sales and acquisitions of land - including due diligence, contract negotiation, and tax/stamp duty advice
• Development work for a variety of private clients
• You will enjoy a high level of autonomy, while also working closely with an Accredited Specialist.

About You

• You're a qualified lawyer with min 3+ years' PAE in property and/or leasing matters
