- Partnerships Service Manager: Up to $700 per day + Super
- Partnerships Coordinator: Up to $500 per day + Super
Start Date: Late November 2025 - Duration: Up to August 2026 (options to extend for 2027 & 2028)

Destination NSW is seeking two experienced event professionals to join the Vivid Sydney Commercial Partnerships team:
- Partnerships Service Manager – a senior role overseeing partner servicing, campaign delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Partnerships Coordinator – a dynamic support role assisting with marketing deliverables, partner activations, and reporting.
Both roles are critical in ensuring Vivid Sydney’s commercial, government and community partners are engaged, supported, and showcased across one of the world’s most iconic annual events.
About the Roles
Partnerships Service Manager You’ll oversee the delivery and performance of services to Vivid Sydney partners, ensuring all contractual obligations are met while nurturing strong, long-term relationships. Acting as the primary liaison for partner activations, you’ll coordinate marketing deliverables, oversee integrated campaigns, and champion brand alignment with Vivid Sydney.
Key focus areas:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners across government, commercial, and VIK agreements
- Coordinate and implement co-branded marketing campaigns
- Oversee partner reporting, insights and post-event evaluations
- Support the planning and delivery of partner activations during the festival
- Attend Vivid Sydney events and official functions (some evening/weekend work required)
Ideal background:
- 8+ years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or marketing roles
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven success managing high-profile commercial relationships
- Experience in major events, tourism, or government highly regarded
Partnerships Coordinator
You’ll provide critical administrative and marketing support to the Partnerships team, coordinating content and partner deliverables to ensure seamless execution across Vivid Sydney’s platforms.
Key focus areas:
- Assist with delivery of partner marketing and activation content
- Coordinate sponsor content for website, eDMs, and digital signage
- Support event and hospitality logistics for partners
- Gather post-event data, images and reports for partner debriefs
- Maintain internal tracking systems and assist with daily operations
Ideal background:
- 2–5 years’ experience in events, marketing, or partnerships
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Teams, CRM systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication
