About the role

As a Security Officer at Safecorp Aust Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' licenced premises in Sydney, NSW.

Currently seeking Experienced Security Officer/s for:

Licenced Venues (RSL/Leagues Clubs, Pubs, Bars, Hotels & Events)

Locations: Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD, Southern Beaches, Northwest & Outer Suburbs

Casual/Part-Time/Fulltime position/s offer flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, protecting people and assets.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring levels of intoxication of patrons.

Signing Patrons, Contractors, Staff into and out of Venues

Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously

Conducting regular patrols and inspections of assigned areas

Monitoring and responding to security alarms and CCTV systems

Reporting any security incidents or potential threats

Assisting with the implementation of security procedures and policies

Providing a visible security presence to deter criminal activity

Maintaining detailed records and logs of security activities

Responding to emergencies and providing first aid if required

What we're looking for

Valid Security Officer license NSW Class A or above

Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Class A

Valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)

Experience in a security and customer service role

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, especially evenings, weekends and public holidays

Strong Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Negotiation and conflict resolutions skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

A commitment to providing excellent customer service
