The Change Manager creates opportunity to develop and execute change management strategies for a variety of Cyber programs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop change management plans and seamlessly integrate them into different project delivery methodologies, working closely with Project Managers.
• Engage stakeholders at all organisational levels to drive alignment and effective adoption of change initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver executive reporting on change activities and the impact of programs.
• Lead efforts to automate and optimise the creation of change artefacts and actionable insights for transformation projects.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between Cyber and cross-functional teams to achieve consistent, scalable transformation.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of senior change or delivery experience in technology projects, ideally with exposure to institutional banking or financial services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation and influencing abilities across all organisational levels.
• Proven track record of scaling change across multiple teams and managing operating model transformations.
