About the role
TAFE SA is looking for a Senior CRM Developer to lead enhancements to our Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. In this role, you'll be the technical expert for Dynamics 365 CRM projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring solutions align with TAFE SA's goals. You'll provide expert support to enhance system reliability and work closely with stakeholders to drive improvements that elevate user experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of CRM within TAFE SA's ICT Services Division.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CRM systems analysis and development, with proven expertise in ICT applications and solution implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including front-end customizations (JS/HTML/CSS/XML) and .NET C# plugins, along with familiarity with tools such as Dynamics 365 SOK, XrmToolbox, Visual Studio, and Git.
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical support, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and delivering strategic recommendations.
- In-depth understanding of CRM development methodologies, SDLC, and contemporary testing practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven adaptability to new technologies, problem-solving through analysis and innovation, and capability to handle complex ICT issues.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a high degree of autonomy in managing competing demands and delivering quality outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications in information technology is highly desirable.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).

- Out of hours work may be required
- Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Development Program
- Eligibility to work in Australia
