About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to turn business needs into high-performing platform features, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring technical excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

Own end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery

Build with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations

Drive DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing)

Collaborate across IT, Product & external partners

Lead code reviews, mentoring & agile delivery

What We're Looking For

5+ years Salesforce development experience

Strong skills in Apex, LWC, APIs & platform architecture

Salesforce Platform Developer II (required)

Agile mindset, strong communicator & team player

Passion for purpose-led digital innovation
