On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Workers’ Compensation team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional to join a highly regarded national firm that values its people and offers genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing general file administration, including opening, closing, and maintaining client files
• Handling incoming calls and providing professional client service support
• Drafting court documents and correspondence, as well as assisting in compiling briefs for counsel
• Coordinating outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system
• Providing administrative support to lawyers, partners and other legal assistants
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or Administrator (insurance experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
• Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Familiarity with legal billing or document management systems (e.g. Aderant, iManage) will be an advantage
