The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a motivated, detail-oriented Property Inspector to help us maintain the high standards our guests expect. You'll play a key role in ensuring our luxury homes are spotless, guest-ready, and picture-perfect every time. This will be a permanent part-time role of approximately 30 hours per week but could become full time for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Inspecting holiday homes before and after guest stays to ensure impeccable presentation

Identifying maintenance or housekeeping issues and reporting to the Property Care team

Ensuring amenities are fully stocked and properties are clean, welcoming, and well-staged

Supporting guest satisfaction by responding to feedback or concerns during their stay

Assisting with property turnovers and preparing homes for new arrivals

Helping improve our internal processes to deliver an even better guest experience

What We're Looking For

Experience in housekeeping, property inspections, or short-stay accommodation

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

Great communicator who’s confident liaising with both guests and team members

Self-starter who can work independently but also loves being part of a team

Comfortable using checklists, mobile apps or software (training provided)

Flexible availability — weekends and public holidays required

Must hold a valid driver’s licence
