First National Real Estate Bribie Island is expanding our team of contractors, and we’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to maintain our high standards across holiday accommodation properties.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re after motivated individuals or teams who take initiative, communicate well and can deliver exceptional cleaning results. You’ll be an important part of ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless and welcoming stay every time.

Essential Requirements:

ABN and Public Liability Insurance

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Own cleaning equipment

Local residency (Bribie Island or surrounds)

Experience in short-stay accommodation or housekeeping is highly regarded, though not essential. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are key, as last-minute bookings and changes can occur.

Your Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to a high standard after guest check-out

Report any maintenance issues or damages to the agent

Perform additional duties such as linen washing, spring cleaning (when necessary) and inventory checks

Manage your time effectively and work independently, even under pressure on busy turnaround days

Optional extra work available (bond cleans, pre-settlement cleans)

Standard cleaning rates are set per property
