About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking a Customer Service superstar to join them on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Paying $37.13/hr (casual) + Super, this role is working 2 days/week, Mondays and Fridays (preferable, Mondays are required but the second day is negotiable).
This role is located at an agricultural company in Burton.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• General administration
• Sales support as required

About You:

• Prior experience in customer service or logistics (required)
• Excellent customer service skills
• A can-do attitude
• Experience with customer relationship management software (desirable)
• Experience with Xero (desirable)
• Experience with Capsule CRM (desirable)
• Experience with MAC (desirable)
• Availability to work Mondays and Fridays.
