We’re working with a Tier 1 delivery team on a growing portfolio of water infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland. With a stable pipeline of works already underway, we’re looking for capable Senior Project Engineers to support an experienced project leadership team through a busy delivery phase.

This is a great opportunity for engineers seeking meaningful, long-term work on local projects – without the FIFO lifestyle. You’ll enjoy the structure and standards of Tier 1 delivery while maintaining balance and consistency close to home.

The Role

You’ll support major water and structural packages, working on upgrades and new assets across Ipswich, Carole Park and Gatton.

With projects based from the Brisbane office, travel is limited to short regional visits, typically one or two nights when required.

You’ll be joining a leadership team that values strong communicators and reliable, hands-on engineers who keep things moving.

What You’ll Bring

• Background as a Site or Project Engineer with Tier 1 or reputable mid-tier experience
• Experience across water, structures, or mechanical and electrical projects
• Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented approach and confidence supporting senior leaders
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical engineering considered
