The Opportunity

As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end supply chain performance across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational excellence with strategic influence. It's ideal for you if you're equally comfortable diving into data as you are driving big-picture decisions.

You'll partner closely with commercial, finance, operations and third parties/partners to optimise processes, enhance visibility, and ensure that customer commitments are met with precision and efficiency.

This is a 6-month contract offering up to two days WFH, suited to a confident communicator with strong 3PL experience and a background in FMCG, healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical environments.

• Lead forecasting and demand planning, working with commercial & operations teams to align supply strategies with current market needs.
• Manage logistics and warehouse operations, including 3PL partnerships, inventory accuracy, and transport effectiveness, while focusing on continuous improvements.
• Spearhead cost optimisation initiatives and elevate operational processes.
• Oversee the introduction of new products and projects, ensuring on-time and successful market launches.
• Lead local procurement efforts while partnering with global teams for alignment and compliance.
• Work closely with sales and marketing and global supply chain to align supply chain goals with business targets and policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous enhancement.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from onboarding new partners to refining systems and local processes.
