About the role

This full-time Spray Painter role is based in Ravenhall, VIC 3023 at Just Trucks Smash Repairs, a leading provider of commercial smash repairs. As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for the high-quality painting and refinishing of trucks and buses.

What you'll be doing

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by stripping, sanding, and masking

Mix paint colours to match vehicle specifications

Apply paint to vehicles using spray painting equipment

Ensure a smooth, even, and durable finish

Perform quality inspections and touch-ups as needed

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Qualified / Experienced Spray Painter. Experience with commercial vehicles, trucks and buses preferred but not essential.

Either formal qualifications or relevant experience in spray painting is required for this position.

Strong technical skills in vehicle painting and finishing techniques

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time pressure

Good communication and teamwork skills

Understanding of occupational health and safety requirements
