An immediate vacancy exists for a full-time Painter to join our maintenance team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our business.

The Position:

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as required.

Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

Mix paints to achieve the desired colour and consistency.

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards, while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Collaborate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Who we are Seeking:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual who takes pride in their work and can work both independently and within a team.

To be successful, you will have:

Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Painter.

Strong knowledge of paints, stains, finishing materials, and application techniques.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
