The Role
As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring safe and clean water quality, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular pool maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
Identify and resolve technical or mechanical issues with filtration and chlorination systems.
Provide professional advice and support to customers on pool care and maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and uphold high safety and quality standards.
Assist in-store when required, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
About You
We are seeking applicants who demonstrate:
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
A genuine interest in working outdoors and building technical expertise.
A manual driver’s licence (essential).
Previous experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, or a related trade (highly regarded but not essential).
Full training and development will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
