A busy Tier 3 builder who have a great name within the industry are looking for a Site Manager to join the business.
The company specialise in projects up to $20 mil and work in sectors including education, government, residential, health and industrial.

They are continuously winning work and due to internal growth they are looking to add a Site Manager to the team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinate and supervising all construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Oversee the excavation, structure and finishes phases of the project
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis
• Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles

About You

You ideally have worked on commercial projects as a Site Manager or Supervisor/Foreman. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholders on the projects.

• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Foreman delivering projects in excess of $10m
• Previous experience with Tier 2 or well known T3 construction companies
• Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects
• Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
• Desire to work close to home in Wollongong
• Proven experience completing projects start through to completion
• Proven longevity at past businesses
• A can do and positive attitude
