Multi skilled Front End Loader and Excavator Operator

Established in 1991, Eco Group is engaged in four strategic activities: specialist domestic and commercial demolition and excavation; construction and demolition materials recycling; recycled bricks and pavers, mulch and crushed brick production.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced multi-skilled Front End Loader and Excavator Operator for an immediate start at Clayton.

Your duties and responsibilities:

Adherence to all Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

Operation of Front-End Loaders

Operation of Excavators (up to 30T)

Operation of Watercart (HR License required)

Equipment pre-starts and operational checks

Ensure Safe and Efficient operation of machinery at all times

Loading and distribution of demolition waste materials

Sorting materials suitable for recycling

Loading/Unloading trucks

General labouring and yard duties

Assisting drivers with proper load placement

What we are looking for:

High regard for workplace health and safety

Relevant licences (Loader, Excavator and HR/HC)

Minimum 3 years similar machine experience

Material handling experience

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Recycling Industry experience preferred but not essential
